Return Policy

Number 1 Sales gladly accepts the return of most merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  In order to qualify for return, Merchandise must be unused, with the original tags attached, and be in the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is marked as “Final Sale,” it means that the merchandise is not eligible for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to deny any return. Some restrictions apply, return option and terms vary depend. Please see below for additional details.

  Gift with Purchase: If you receive a free gift with your purchase (“GWP”), it must be returned if you return or exchange the item that qualified you to receive the GWP. If you choose to keep the GWP, we will charge you for the value of the GWP when processing your return.

  Shipping Fees: Unless your order is damaged upon arrival or the wrong item was shipped to you, shipping fees are not refundable. Please call Customer Service to request a refund of the shipping charges for merchandise that was damages in transit or shipped to you in error.

You may choose the shipping method for your return. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all acceptable shipping methods, but you should make sure that you receive a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost by the shipping carrier in transit. Please carefully repackage all items, as we will not accept returns of items that are damaged during return shipping. When we receive your return, we will process a refund to the credit card that you used to make your purchase. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you. Otherwise, you should expect a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase within 5 days from the day we receive your return package.
